PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES
At least 5 year experience in Food & Beverage Management of international hotels.
GENERAL MISSION
? To direct and co-ordinate overall activities of the various food and beverage outlets, to ensure quality of product and service are maintained within the budget provided.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS
? The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible and accountable for maintaining the highest standard of food quality, presentation, hygiene, cleanliness as well as engendering team spirit and motivation in all staff. The Food and Beverage Manager must be fair and just in any staff disciplinary action as required.
ADMINSTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES
? Delegate to and supervise all staff within the Department and assist them in preparing work schedules.
? Conform to and enforce policies and procedures & rules and regulations as laid down by ACCOR and the hotel in order to achieve the highest levels of uniformity and guest service.
? Prepare daily reports as per Accor and Hotel policies and procedures to ensure controls of revenues, discounts, complimentaries, stock, PAR levels and others as required.
? Performs special duties as required by GM
