High School or College in related field
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES
2 years? experience in supervising level in hotel and relevant area.
GENERAL MISSION
To in charge of the repairing and preventive maintenance of mechanical and electrical service, general building maintenance and fire prevention system. Replace and perform the Chief Engineer while their absence.
RESPONSIBILITIES
? Responsible for his shift operations:
? To ensure that all repairs and preventive maintenance schedules are carried out according to schedule during the shift.
? To receive, dispatch and follow up of all repair and job orders, maintenance orders.
? Recording daily in Log-books of all maintenance and repair work completed, anuncompleted reason in special note book.
? Schedule staff?s work load and attendance.
? Handles technical drawings, duty logs, records and store in inventory.
? Trouble-shooting, operation, repair and maintenance of:
? Electrical distribution system such as incoming power supply, main and subswitch panels, lighting, neon signs, electrical meters and equipment, telephone lines batteries, sockets and plugs, electrical wiring and conduits, emergency generators, LV (Low Voltage) systems, HVAC (Heating, Ventilating, and Air- Conditioning) systems, Kitchen, Mechanic, Plumbing, Civil job in whole hotel area.
? Mechanical services such as central A/C system, Mech/plumbing system, ventilation, exhause, heat changer, plant room, oil, gas and generator etc.
? Lift, AV, sound and TV. Fire fighting alarm system.
? Sanitary, plumbing, grease water treatment plant and swimming pool equipment. Hotel functions.
? General building civil maintenance.
? Responds to alarms or emergencies as the occasion arises.
? To maintain the area equipment under his charge in tip-top conditions terms of cleanliness and performance.
? Perform other duties maybe assigned.
