- At least Bachelor degree in any field
- At least 2 year experience in front office
- Good inter-personality skill and outgoing, friendly
- Strong in Japanese and English communication skill
- Strong in problem solving skills, and execution of work.
- Acting as a hotel representative to
welcome, coordinate and farewell all
customers, especially Japanese guests
throughout their stay to contribute to
guest satisfaction.
- Assisting all Japanese guests checking in
& out and performing Front Office
operations.
