-ประสบการณ์บาร์เทนเดอร์ มิกโซโลจิสต์ หรือบาริสต้าอย่างน้อย 7 ปีขึ้นไป
-สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้
-ถ้ามีประสบการณ์ หรือผ่านการอบรมหลักสูตรการผสมเครื่องดื่ม -จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
-มีความรับผิดชอบ, ขยัน, มนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี, กระตือรือร้น
-มีความสามารถในการนำเสนอ และแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้เป็นอย่างดี
-มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ ติดตามเทรนด์เครื่องดื่มใหม่ๆ ของตลาดอยู่เสมอ
Main Duties & Responsibilities
1.Controls and ensures that expenses / purchases / requisitions are within budget limits.
2.Facilitating highest quality beverage and service related to the operation of the bars.
3.Ensuring that all outlets checklists and proper opening and closing functions are being completed each day.
4.Assist on Groups,Events,Birthday or Banquet bookings setup and manpower planing.
5.Train proper customer service to new bar employees and provide ongoing training for all bar staff.
6.Set objectives and target for beverage outlet/bar.
7.Manage bar outlets operation with passion,integrity and knowledge while promoting the culture and values.
8.To provide the necessary assistance / support to Head Barman to achieve the goals.
9.Monitor cleanliness and hygiene of all bar areas.
10.Ensure basic standard operating procedures for all bar outlets are in place and are in compliance.
11.Ability to do multi-tasks to ensure all bar outlets meets all proper procedures.
