RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Operational Management: Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring service efficiency, quality, and high standards of guest service.

2. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage the restaurant service team, promoting a culture of excellence, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

3. Guest Experience: Drive initiatives to elevate the dining experience, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty. Utilize guest feedback to refine and enhance service offerings.

4. Financial Performance: Manage restaurant financial targets, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization. Implement strategies to achieve or exceed financial goals.

5. Compliance and Standards: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulatory standards. Maintain TRIBE's reputation for quality and excellence in dining.

6. Menu Collaboration: Work with the Executive Chef and F&B Operations Director to support menu development and ensure seamless execution of service.

7. Training and Development: Implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge, particularly in guest service and operational excellence.

8. Stakeholder Relations: Build positive relationships with guests, team members, and other stakeholders to support TRIBE's operational and strategic objectives.

9. Innovation and Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to improve operational efficiency, guest experience, and team performance.
