ประสบการณ์เขียนแบบงานโครงสร้าง บ้านพักอาศัย หรือทาวน์เฮาท์ หรือคอนโด
- มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานอย่างน้อย 1 ปี
1. Design plans using computer-aided design and drafting software by ACAD & 3D.
2. Drawing works from sketches or specifications created by engineers and architects.
3. Help design about ID & Architecture works with engineering or technician team works.
4. Add some details to architectural plans from their knowledge of building construction techniques.
5. Prepare multiple versions of designs for review by engineers and architects team works
6. Specify dimensions, materials, or detail and description for new revised drawing.
7. Work under the supervision of engineers or architects.
8. Identify potential operational issues and redesign products to improve functionality.
9. Ensure final designs comply with regulations and quality standards.
