Banquet Manager (ผู้จัดการจัดเลี้ยง)

1. At least Bachelor degree in any field
2. At least 5 year experience in banquet management evidenced tracked record of achievements at 4-5 star Bangkok hotels.
3. Good knowledge on beverage, decoration, fabric, and creativity
4. Strong in inter-personality, leadership, and creative skill
5. Proficiency in English and computer literate
6. Strong in driving results and people management and development

1. To take operational responsibility for the setup and service of all food & beverage functions within events.
2. To administer the day to day operations of the banquet department in such a manner as to bring into effect the superior product and service expected for our guests in accordance with policies and procedures adopted by the hotel.
