- Bachelor's degree in related field
- At least 1 year experience in sales function/ sales coordinator
- Good command of English, both verbal and written skill
-High analytical and problem-solving skills
- Service-oriented with good attention to details
- Experience in event and exhibition service industry is highly preferred
- Facilitate and deliver a high level of service and liaison with outdoor exhibitors and client via Email and Phone
- Provide all related documentation and administrative support for event service functions
- Coordinate with all concerned departments to prepare a smooth and efficient event organization
- Searching new prospect client list via internet or other way as assign
