- Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration, Marketing Management, Hospitality Management or equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum 5 years Sales & Marketing experience in FMCG (Food and Beverage industry) or Hospitality industry with minimum 2 years in management level
- Prior experience in HORECA channel would be an advantage
- Fluency in English and Thai
- Excellent communications, negotiation, presentations skill and good personality
- Strong analytical skill and logical thinking
- Setting and driving category direction by align with Brand strategy and create promotion plan to support sales volume and increase distribution
- Co-Working for yearly budget by aligned with Marketing Group then allocate budget to Sales function
- Co-ordinate with Brand for corporate theme/activities, NPD movement and consolidate all information such Market share, Brand key message and direction then communicate to sales team
- Setting Sale Strategy with Sales leader to encourage sales volume as well as customer relation
- Analysis product category, competitor and link to channel distribution regarding how to drive sales and increase distribution to achieve company goal
- Create tool and guideline for Sales team to work properly with the right direction
- Create Brand Essence, visibility, path of purchase through our target customer i.e. Hotel & Premium restaurant
