Qualification :-
- Thai Nationality
- Male or Female
- At least one year experience in reservations or sales experience in hotel or tourism industry.
- Bachelor Degree in related field.
- Able to speak and write English well enough to communicate with the Manager and guests.
- Computer Skills: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Social Media i.e IG, Facebook, Line, WhatsApp and etc.
Job Description :-
- To handle online marketing.
- To handle promotion package plan.
- To handle with hotel website.
- To answer inquiries of room rates, outlets and room locations.
- To respond all guest reservation, guest requests and accurate guest service at all times.
- To handle with walk in guest, Agent and all online channels i.e hotel website, Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia and etc.
- To answers telephone calls, conveys messages, and monitors the flow of email.
- Co-ordinate with the channel manager or software vendors for any availability, rate or booking.
- To receive contracts detailing room allotments and creates allotments on the hotel management system.
- To update no-shows and cancellations for all OTA's to avoid an unwanted commissions.
- To know the selling status, rates, and benefits of all packages plans.
- To process cancellations, modifications and promptly relays this information to the front desk.
- Understands the hotel's policy on guaranteed reservations, non refundable and no-shows.
- To communicates reservation information with the front desk.
- To help develop room revenue and occupancy forecasts.
- To assist with front desk duties when required.
Salary : Between THB 20,000 - 30,000.
