- At least Vocational diploma in any field
- At least 5 years experience as a concierge in any hotel
- Good in inter-personality skill, outgoing, and friendly
- Good in English communication skill and computer literate
- Strong in problem solving skills and execution of work
Coordinate and supervise all limousine transfers, baggage handling. Providing all information inquired by guests. The position requires this person to work extremely closely with the airport representatives, international and domestic airline counters and ground based departments at the airport to build a strong working relationship.
