? A University degree with 5 years working experience in food industry related field with at least 2-3 years in supervisor or manager level.
? Good people oriented with strong leadership and managerial skills.
? Have an excellent interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, and conflict resolution skills.
? Keen in analytical, excellent planning and organizational abilities are required.
? Be initiative and good in bringing plans into real practices.
? ?Can do? attitude is compulsory.
? Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Production Control & Planning is mainly responsible to overview and manage in controlling and planning the production requirement which have to be in line with the forecast and actual consumption. This shall include all raw materials and supplies planning to support production process. The incumbent must lead the production control & planning team and coordinate closely within Production department to achieve the company objective in focusing on cost efficiency. With the tools & resources provided, he/she shall be capable to analyze and advice the Catering Unit Manager for any irregularity occurred or what to be improved in regarding to all production related activities. He/she shall consist of a good judgment for the right/proper decision making, while need also being able to lead the whole team, analyze and set up the working plan either short or long term to ensure the accomplishment of the company objectives.
