- Knowledge about the process of serving food and beverages.
- Knowledge of menu and beverage items.
- Ability to make coffee or using coffee machine as well as coffee art will be advantage.
- Ability to serve guests in a pleasant and courteous manner with the correct posture.
Good communicator
- A minimum of 6 months experience as F&B Services in a hotel.
- A good command of English.
- A good posture, a smiling nature, and a proven ability to learn English, are definite advantages.
- Pleasant, polite and caring. Works well in a team. Honest, enthusiastic, energetic and principle-centered.
- Responsible for the service of Food & Beverage in a friendly and courteous manner. Always strive to obtain the maximum efficiency and promote teamwork between all associates. Observe and enforce objectives, policies, standards and procedures.
