- Assist L&D Manager to conduct the training courses to support "Induction & Service Excellence Programs"
- Maintain & Develop effective induction and in-houses training programs
- Assist L&D Manager to Conduct monthly training at Hop Inn Hotels in upcountry
- Produces Training materials for in-house courses
- Track the progress all training reports from all Hop Inn Hotel Branches
- Collect and record employee training and maintain data and prepare to reports with Department of Skills Development
- Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
