1. Responsible for assigning daily employee work loads.
2. Picks up and deliver all items needed for any outlets.
3. Oversee overnight cleanliness of all Kitchens.
4. Sets up and breakdown all buffet counters at assigned time.
5. Responsible for the cleanliness of china, glassware, flatware and hollow ware.
6. Maintains and updates employee files and monitors attendance of employee.
7. Logs operational incidents and concerns in the appropriate logbook.
