? Minimum 1 year experience in a supervisory capacity in a hotel Housekeeping environment
? Proven training skills
? Experience with Hotel Property Management System
? Proactive with a meticulous eye for detail
? Strong organizational, supervisory and communication skills
1. Updates the front desk as to rooms clean and vacant.
2. Supervises the work of the room attendants in his/her area. Insures that all work is done properly by inspecting beds, furniture, bathrooms, etc, in both check out and stay over rooms. Reports work poorly done.
3. Inspects for needed repairs, such as torn carpet or wallpaper, and painting needs.
4. Calls work orders into the maintenance office, and prepare maintenance work orders. Copies of all work orders are kept in housekeeping files.
5. Instructs and trains new room attendants in their assigned duties and responsibilities and observes their capabilities while working.
6. Assists the Executive Housekeeper with any reasonable request.
7. Assists with the duties of a room attendant during emergencies.
