? At least 2 years of experience in Engineering preferably in a hotel environment.

1. Responds in a courteous manner to guest questions, complaints, or requests.
2. Locates and correcting in-room heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC) malfunctions, and adjusting HVAC units to include systems control checks.
3. Makes systematic checks on all guest room electrical appliances, circuits; being able to repair most in-room defects.
4. Handles all in-house repairs in regards to removing and replacing bathroom tile, painting, repairing wallboard, wall vinyl, carpentry, etc.
5. Checks electrical systems such as refrigeration controls, television sets and lighting systems, and makes minor repairs.
6. Conducts elementary painting and finishing of furniture and structure.
7. Checks and makes minor repairs on general plumbing systems, and fixtures such as pipelines, toilets, and sinks.
8. Utilizes basic hand and power tools required for general maintenance.
9. Maintains tools, workspaces, and equipment.
