-Minimum 2 years experience as Sous Chef in an International 5 star hotel in Asia.
-Thailand work experience is preferred.
-Well rounded Western and Asian A La Carte, Fine Dining, Open Kitchen and Buffet skills.
-Experience in managing a large (local) kitchen brigade.
-A hands on working mentality.
-A team player, a coach and a good trainer.
-Outgoing, patient, a mature personality and a good communicator.
-Sound knowledge of implementing and maintaining HACCP/Food Safety Management systems.
-Solid kitchen administration acumen.
-Proven track record.
-Age: between 30 and 40 years old
Assists the Executive Sous Chef in supervising preparation of all food products and perform in any kitchen. Provide highest standard for food preparation and production, presentation. Creativity, flexible, guideline, organize, work office, training.
