- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, F&B Management or other related fields.
- At least 3 years working experience in Food & Beverage or Service Industry.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.-- -- If able to speak the Japanese language would be an advantage.
- Design and create catering package and beverage to meet client satisfaction.
- Maintain and accurately update customer records.
- Develop an effective catering strategy to attract new & additional catering sales, in conjunction with the venue?s sector sales team.
- Create and prepare catering proposals for potential customers, ensuring that all likely additional costs relating to the event have been assessed and accurately communicated.
- Work closely and effectively with the Customer Services team in order to ensure that all catering contracts are delivered to a high standard.
- Create and prepare accurate catering proposals for potential customers, ensuring that the catering offer matches the profile of the event in terms of product selection and budget.
- Produce clear and accurate Event Catering Schedules within set deadlines.
