Account Receiveable Officer

- Male or Female
- BA in accounting.
- 2-3 years experience in accounting (AR, AP, Income Auditor)
- 3-5 years experience in accounting (Chief Account)
- Hard working
- High responsibility
- Have multi skill and good attitude
- Communication English (Chief Account only)
- Review and authorize accounting vouchers.
- Complete financial statutory and intercompany monthly reports, including financial planning and forecasting.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors and deal with any financial irregularities as they arise.
- Manage & Mentor junior colleagues.
- Analyze monthly costs per job site.
- Analyze monthly indirect and overhead costs.
- In-depth knowledge of taxations, Tax reporting (Withholding & VAT)
- Submission of reports to the Revenue Dept. Communicate estimated Tax expenses.
- Monthly and YE financial report (P/L) base on schedule to be submitted.
- Allocation of inventory cost. Coordinate with inventory Controller.
- Establish and maintain asset depreciation system.
- Work closely with Operation department.
- Other Duties as assigned.
