- Bachelor?s Degree
- Minimum 3 years in Reservation Department
- Good command in spoken and written English.
- Computer literacy
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work under pressure and is a team player
Job Description:
-Manage, supervise, train and provide leadership to the Reservation team
-Drive upselling program across 5 properties
-Assisting reservation team in handling inquiries and reservation requirements
-Checking all reports to ensure accuracy
-Investigates and handles no show reservations.
-Ensure all payment requirements have been followed up accurately.
-Manage allotment, room block and stop sales and to ensure all process being carried out properly
