- Fluent in English communication
- Korean/Japanese Native Speaker or Equivalent
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.

- Process, organize and coordinate check-ins, check-outs, room assignments/requests/changes, reservations and cancellations; secure payment.
- Greet and escort guests to rooms mainly responsibilities with Korean/Japanese guests.
- Inform guests of property amenities, services, and hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities. Identify and explain room features to guests (e.g., use of room key, mini-bar, ice and vending areas, in-room safe, valet laundry services) as well as internal and external hotel directions.
- Assist guests/visitors in and out of vehicles and arrange transportation (e.g., taxi cab, shuttle bus) for guests/visitors, and record advance transportation request as needed.
