- To maintain immaculate guest?s rooms and adjacent public area and to ensure maximum efficiency of performance from all staff. To do this four factors.
- To ensure the maximum efficiency of performance from all subordinates.
- Ensure that the rooms count is correct at all items.
- Write out Inspections report of rooms checks every day and give in at Housekeeping Office by the end of shift.
- When comes to short of staff assigns rooms to staff under control fairly. Seeks for extra help from other Supervisors and report in working sheet daily.
- To train subordinates how to keep high standards.
- To inspect guest?s rooms to ensure that reach the standard.
- To communicate with guests.
- Enforces security on the floor.
- Prepares hand over.
- Responsible for floor linens supply, guest?s supplies and cleaning supplies.
- Supervise care and maintenance of equipment.
- Responsible for keys.
