- Bachelor's Degree/ Culinary Degree
- Neat and clean looking
- Good English communication skills
- Good Computer skill
- Strong Leadership, organization and good trainer's skills
- Good knowledge of food hygiene, cooking presentation and food cost control
- Familiar with HACCP
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience or a similar capacity
- Ability to work on different shifts, weekend, evenings, weekdays, holiday's and under pressure
- Responsible for maintaining standard of food quality and production.
- Control food cost through accurate food requisition.
- Implement the quality control and portion control measures as well as wastage minimization.
- Multi tasking and able to work in every kitchen.
- Perform other related duties as directed by Executive Chef.
