- Minimum 4 years' previous management experience in Front Office & Security operations
- Proven ability to guide and coach team members
- An operational knowledge and proficiency in Front Office & Security
- Excellent leadership, written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Superior leadership and coaching skills with a proven track record of developing and motivating career minded professionals.
- Strong guest service orientation and training skills background required.
- Able to balance a variety of conflicting priorities while considering all aspects of the job i.e. Financial, Operational, Human Resources
- Keep the General Manager/EAM informed of all security related matters.
- Liaise and with Management as well as employees and assist with security problems and loss control.
- Liaise with local law enforcement and Fire & Safety officials as required.
- To be trained and prepared for all emergency situations as per procedures.
- Advise employees on regulations and factors affecting the operations of the Hotel e.g. Fire prevention and safety procedures, preservation of crime scene and evidence, actions, duties and powers where crime is detected, action in crisis situations and report writing.
- Monitor Employees performance / Coaching
- Oversee the overall night time operations of the hotel
