- Secondary and High school qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience with 2 years in Assistant Chief Steward position in a hotel of the same standard
- Sound knowledge of all sectors in a hotel kitchen operation
- Should be pleasant in appearance and personality.
- Must possess a basic English level.
- Must show flexibility and willingness to work.
To maintain an organized, clean and sanitized back-of-house food and beverage area and to provide all outlets and banquets with clean operating equipment consistent PBGS Standards, through planning, organizing, leading and controlling the stewarding operation and administration.
