We are looking for a talented Executive Chef or an Executive Sous Chef for a change to step up.
To supervise all food preparation areas including Banquets, In-Room Dining, Restaurant, Bar with creative dishes , Lounge with tapas style and buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner to ensure a consistent, high quality of food product.
Work closely with Food & Beverage Manager to continually improve guest satisfaction while maintaining the operation budget.
To be responsible for the hygienic and safe preparation of food
To monitor and analyze the menu and product of competitive restaurant and other hotels banqueting department.
To be creative in the designs and promotions to implement the ongoing and new food concepts.
