Season and grill special meats according to Siamese Churrasco recipes.
Prepare, portion, serve and present food to guests using the rich, traditional style and methods of Southern Brazilian Churrasco with Authentic Thai.
Represent as Grill master and be able to deliver the Siamese Churrasco experience to guest.
Preparing, cooking and presenting other dishes within your specialty.
Managing and training any Demi Chef de Parties and Commis together with service team that working with you
Helping the Sous Chef and Executive Chef to develop new dishes and menus of the restaurant.
Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety.
Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.
