1. Minimum of 1 years experience at CDP level in Thai cuisine in 5 star hotel.
2. Have a strong working knowledge of Thai Cuisine is a big plus.
3. Strong understanding of Food Hygiene Standard/HACCP
4. Proven track record of cost control including food, equipment, labor and waste to meet the food quality goals and the hotels financial goals.
5. Demonstrate strong leadership skill.
Act as an assistant to Head Chef of Thai Kitchen to communicate food consistency and quality. Daily check of all mis-en-place to ensure freshness and quality standard. Assign and follow up tasks as dictated by business volumes. Promote and ensure proper health and safety at all time. Strive to maintain and improve all food preparations and presentations
