The Tongsai Bay is urgently looking for a dynamic Human Resource Director who loves working in a
nature loving 5 star resort in Koh Samui.
Minimum requirements:
- Outgoing & dynamic personality
- Minimum 3 years experience in HR Manager or HR Director position in a 5 star environment
- Have a good understanding of local labor laws and regulations
- Well versed in written and oral Thai and English and work well under pressure and good time
management.
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or any related fields
- At least 5 years experiences in international companies with evidence tracked record of achievements.
- Strong in inter-personal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English and computer literate
- Strong in driving results and people management and development
- Managing Employee Compensation Strategy, Staff Development Activities, the Human Resource
Strategy & managing Staffing and Recruitment Process for the company
- Thai Nationality
