Job Descriptions
1. Recruit, develop and retain a team of cooks, service staff and all team to run a main restaurant and all kiosks including various mobile vendors to be effectively and efficiently.
2. Purchasing all materials to support all restaurant in Waterpark, control stock FIFO (first in first out).
3. Always develop menus and create promotion price depend on business season.
4. Provide manuals and processes for cooking with control and manage food distribution on time.
5. Identify suppliers and negotiate price and contracts.
6. Ensure highest customer satisfaction and Guarantee highest standards of hygiene for all restaurant and kiosks.
7. Manage and control budgets and improve profitability including control employee cost.
8. Coordinate with Sales Department for support type of foods as customer requested.
9. Other tasks as signed by management.
Job Specifications / Requirements:

1. Male
2. Must have 3+ years experience as FnB manager is medium to big sized restaurant or hotel in Thailand. Excellent written and oral communication skills
3. Fluent in Thai and English, speaking and written
4. Work experience in Thailand, preferably in Chonburi / Pattaya Region
