2. 20+ years old (any gender) and no maximum age limit as long as you?re adaptable and fit with us all.
3. 1-2 years Hostel or Hotel experience required (experience as a senior position or manager is a plus)
4. Professional but flexible and adaptable
5. Good command of English (listening, speaking, reading and writing). Being able to communicate in any other additional languages is a plus.
6. Optimistic with service minded-attitude

6. Able to work under pressure and flexible time (8-hour shift).
7. Open minded with fast learning skill, eager to learn/ improve and hard working at heart.

9. Have a good computer skills in MS Office,E-mail, Internet. Experience in hostel/ hotel property management system is a plus.
10. Other skills: sales skill (understand basic selling channel and way it works), people skill, time management, teamwork and leadership skill, problem solving skill and more.
At #HQHostelSilom, we have 45 beds and operate for almost 10 years. We aim for fun and wonderful experience with guests staying at our place yet still cozy and family-like vibe.
As a supervisor, you will be working mostly in operation field: team management, guest management, maintenance, administrative cooperation, activity leading, upselling in-stay products and service with people. You will work in shift and manage up to 6 staffs from front operation to housekeeping. You may also monitor monthly budget, stock update and also take part in basic sales and marketing (booking, guest - folio, price, availability).
- Base in centre of Silom-Sathorn area by Silom road opposite to Patpong market and Lalaisup local market
- Free accommodation is provided, free stay with us at property
- Work day is 6 days per week with 8-hour shift per day.
- 16 days per year for holiday leave (include public holiday)
