** College/University in Hotel Management or any field
** At least 5 years working experience in similar role
** Positive/Proactive and Motivated
** Leadership and Managerial Skills
** Strong communication both verbal and written
** Responsible for all aspect; Business Plan and F&B Operation and Administration Task
** Maximize profits and ensure each food and beverage outlet meets or exceeds budgeted revenue and profitability.
** Enforce quality standard of effective and efficient operational excellence.
** Handle guest complaint and ensure guest satisfaction
** Work closely with Catering & Conference Service and PR & Marketing Team to achieve budgeted revenue etc.
