Qualifications

? ISLAMISM, THAI Nationality, Male / Female, age not over 35 years old
? Knowledgeable of Halal Cusine with strictly follow to the Halal standard, holding of Halal Certification would be an advantage.
? Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
? Secondary school minimum or direct graduated from Culinary College will be advantage
? Work in experience 6 months to 1 year minimum in Hotel business or related field.
? Good personality and service minded
? Enthusiastic service-oriented attitude with good interpersonal skills.
? Outgoing & cheerful personality with self-confidence.
? Able to communicate in English conversations will be advantaged.
? This position is restricted to individuals with the right to work in Thailand.

Halal Chef will be responsible for the roles and possess the following qualifications.

Job Summary
? Work with the executive chef to produce diversified Halal menus in accordance with the restaurant?s policy and vision;
? Produce high quality food and support F&B Service with a smooth and guest satisfaction oriented kitchen operation.
? Plan the food design in order to create a perfect match between the dish?s aspect and its taste;
? Make sure that the professional equipment is in good conditions and signal any malfunction before it affects the staff or the clients.
