Vocational Education graduated preferably from a reputed culinary institute
/ Experience in similar position preferably in hotel kitchens is an advantage
/ Strong service mind
/ Ability to work in shifts including night shift
Assist Chef de Parties/Demi Chef de Parties for any procedures and production as assigned in a professional manner to ensure quality and consistency with hygiene.
