REQUIREMENTS :-
1.At least Vocational/Diploma/Bachelor degree in any field
2.Ability to read and write in English language and other languages are an advantage.
3.At least 1-2 years experience in Airport Representative or Guest Service Agent
4.Thai national
RESPONSIBILITIES :-
1.Ensure guests to be welcomed at the airport and ensure transportation is arranged.
2.Be present at all scheduled flight landings and assist incoming guests with luggage and directing them to transport.
3.Give all hotel and club facilities information to the guest and assist them.
4.Any changes on arrival / departure flight and all information about guest must be reported to Front Office Manager.
5.Responsible for good service and maintain relationship with all official sectors at the airport.
6.Ensure the neat of appearance and grooming as airport representative.
7.Performs other duties, as assigned, to meet business needs.
