Qualifications:
? Bachelor's Degree in any field
? Ability to work under pressure
? Minimum 1-2 years experience in the room management role, hotel work
? Flexibility to respond to a variety of work situations
? Strong analytical and mathematical skills
? Good communicate in both Thai and English
? Ability to work collaboratively and individually
? Preferably a plus for candidates from hospitality industry
? Thai nationality
Responsibilities:
? Maintains a pricing strategy to meet revenue management goals
? Collect and analyze the properties weekly, monthly
? Manage rooms for maximum benefit
? Coordinate with the agency to provide accommodations for customers
? Make sure the room is presentable to customers before arrival and also coordinating with the Operation Department
? Recheck the information of the booking on the system
? Check the payment procedure for owners to match the actual stay of guests
