Reservation Officer

- Experienced in hotel PMS, reservation system & OTAs extranet

- Proficient in English and Thai

- Minimum 1 year of experience in operations of the Reservation, Front Office or in a similar capacity

- A Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or High school graduate or any relevant extensive work experience

Location: Work from home, Sathorn Thani 2 Building

- Work together with Revenue Manager & E-commerce team to maximize hotels' room night production and revenue on Online Travel Agents (OTAs)

- Responds to all guest reservation requests and executes prompt, courteous and accurate guest service at all times

- Manage bookings & reservations

- Processes reservations by mail, telephone or central reservation systems referral

- Generate a monthly reservation report for hotel partners

*Experienced in hotels registration on OTAs is an advantage
