1.Design and analysis Training Road-map & Training Courses consistent with core competency
2.Review with Business Units on Performance Gap & Training Needs analysis of the respective group of employees and positions through performance appraisal process and other opportunities of feedback.
3.Manage and develop Talent Management (IDP, Career path, Succession plan)
4.Design, develop E-Learning project
5.Handle Orientation program for new staff
6.Follow up and implement OJT system
7.Responsible and ensure accuracy of relevant Government report
