1.Working Experience in Marketing Manager or Management level at least 5 years and a successful track record as Marketing Manager.
2.Must be highly motivated, enthusiastic, positive, creative and self-directed with strong initiative and desire for achievement.
3.Excellent communication and presentations skills required.
4.Strong leadership and people skills.
5.Able to work flexible days/hours to meet club activities
6.Fluent in English (speaking , writing and reading) with good interpersonal skills
7.Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
1.Functions & manages as the leader of the marketing department for our core Business Units (Golf Club, Sports Club and Hotel).
2.Manages the development of a strategic marketing plan in the market
3.Manages our core Business Units (Golf Club, Sports Club and Hotel) reactive and proactive marketing efforts.
4.Develops and manages the marketing budget to enable development of our core Business Units with specific campaigns, promotions and collateral to drive revenue and objectives.
5.Develops and implement strategies that deliver product and services to meet the expectations of the target.
6.Develops strong partnerships, community and public relations to further increase brand / product awareness.
7.Sets goals and expectations for direct reports.
8.Leads and manages the marketing team effectively and efficiently.
9.Implements the brand?s service strategy and applicable brand initiatives in all aspects of the marketing process and focuses on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of the company?s marketing objectives.
10.Participate any brand needed training and meetings as requested by Executive General Manager.
11.Inform Executive General Manager of potential opportunities or concerns with customers and special projects progress.
12.Represent organization hospitality and clubs professionally always.
13.Strengthening internal communications with other departments and promoting a supportive work environment.
14.Performs other duties, as assigned, to meet business needs.
