- Bachelor's degree in Hotel industry or equivalent fields.
- 1 year minimum experience.
- Background in Reservation is advantage.
- Be able to communicate in English fluently both written and spoken skills.
- Can work under a high pressure.
- Background in Comanche system is preferable.
- Greeting customers with the warmest welcome.
- Handle check in & check out process.
- Handle guest's inquiries and compliance efficiently.
- Be able to give guests a correct hotel information and facilities including sightseeing tours etc.
