- To clean the kitchens, heavy equipments, operating equipments and back of house areas.
- To perform any other duties set by hotel policies, management or his/her direct supervisor which are not included here above.
- To be always cleaned and properly dressed while on duty.
- Take care kitchen area and dish washing machine.
- Clean all operating equipment that has used inside the kitchen.
- Ensure the operating equipments are kept tidy.
- Prepare the operating equipment to every outlet.
- Prepare operating equipments for kitchen using.
- Regularly check condition of operating equipments and machines.
- Place non slippery mat in front of the dish washing machine.
- Clean and ensure the cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen including operating equipment and utensils.
- Separate and soak the operating equipment.
- Clean up sink and drain frequently.
- Clean and clear the rubbish bin everyday.
- Daily document for breakage and loss.
- Ensure the safety standard in the work place and knowledge of first aid is required.
