Chief Steward

?Good English communication skills both in verbal & written.
?At least 10 years related experience in 5 star hotel
?Knowledge in Hotel F&B system is a plus
?Positive team leader
?Adept at arranging travel schedules and reservations
?Able to work and converse efficiently with all levels of colleagues, clients and other external contacts
?Quick learner with open for changes
??CAN DO? attitude and goals orientated

The steward's major responsibility is to establish and maintain a high standard of cleanliness sanitation through teamwork involving all food service outlets in the hotel. He/she maintains uniform standards and insures that they are met by the whole department. Breakage reports to be updated and escalated to the Executive chef and Dir of Restaurants. Food safety and handling training to be completed by all associates.
