EDUCATION BACKGROUND, CERTIFICATE/LICENSING
Bachelor degree in Information Technology or any other related field of knowledge
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES
At least 5 years experience in related field
GENERAL MISSION
? Manages and monitors multi-properties for all technology operation e.g. server / network
RESPONSIBILITIES
? To ensure the smooth and efficient operation of IT in the hotel
? Oversee software and network security
? Manage IT hotel operation
? Ensures development and maintenance of configurations to ensure appropriate security change management policies, hardware and software are being maintained.
? Manages and monitors the intrusion detection mechanisms and other relevant reports to avoid computer hacking and any other unauthorized and suspicious activity.
? Supervise implementation of Network System
? Provide technical support and knowledge for all
? Analyze network & system problem from all IT team or technical support classify and solve problem.
? Implement and/or verify security system for offices, hotels that connect network.
? Monitor IT budget
? Manage hardware / Software license
? Superintend IT supervisor in the future
