- At least 6 years of experience in hotel marketing with 2 years of supervisory or manager level.
- Computer literate and knowledge of computer system especially MS Office, SEO and Google Analytics.
- Ability to learn and perform all essential job functions accurately and safely with minimal direct supervision.
- Hands-on experience with web content management tools.
- Proficiency in graphic design is a plus.
- Experience with marketing campaigns on social media.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with good presentation skills.
- Act as the voice of The Monttra Pattaya to impress customers and attract new clients.
- Primary responsibility of the marketing efforts to support revenue generation, brand engagement, and sales strategies for the hotel.
- Manage all marketing channels and prepare all marketing communications for the hotel.
- Create and manage all collateral assets, maintain all brand communication guidelines and standards.
Remunerations and Benefits:
- Attractive Base Salary
- Floating Service Charge with Min. Guarantee of THB 4,000 for Permanent Staff
- Floating Service Charge with Min. Guarantee of THB 2,000 for Contract Staff
