? The Club Lounge Supervisor afternoon shift will attend daily the Front Office Briefing, will take note of all the information and be active to ask questions and will bring out the different problems and situations that she or her team have faced. She will write a detailed and clear report in the Club Millesime Logbook.
? She will print the VIP in house Reports. She will then ensure the proper service as guest special requests, and do the accurate follow up. All these documents will be kept in the "Supervisor Clip" which will be updated throughout the day.
? The Club Lounge Supervisor will attend daily the Club Millesime morning briefing, will conduct it during her absence to ensure that her team is well aware of the activity of the shift, VIP Movements, special requests and will give her instructions.
? The Club Millesime Logbook will be updated as often as required during the shift, and she will ensure that all Guest Service Agent are fully aware of its content.
? At the end of the morning shift, a clear and detailed handover will be done to the Club Lounge Supervisor of the next shift.
? The Club Lounge Supervisor will coordinate the overall activity and will take action if she see that a Lounge is facing a difficultly.
? Every week, the Club Lounge Supervisor will attend the Club Millesime Committee and will bring with dynamism and initiatives all the questions, case studies & new ideas to be considered and discussed. She will act as a spokesman of the Club Millesime Team.
? Assist the Assistant Club Millesime Manager review the store requisition for Club Lounge
? Attend inventory : Bar monthly and Equipment twice per year
