Executive Housekeeper (ผู้จัดการแผนกแม่บ้าน)

? Minimum 10 years experience with at least 5 years in managerial capacity

? Hotel Management Diploma or related field

? Computer literacy and office administration skills.

? Able to plan and develop Training and Instructional Programmes.

? Able to Lead, motivate and develop the Housekeeping Team so as to achieve the Department?s objectives.

? Wears a STRATGIC thinking cap that can create such a stringent Preventive Maintenance program that no services ever break down. Prevention is better than cure

? Is able to put together creative Plans and Strategies for new avenues and opportunities for WOWing the customer beyond expectations. A new We Remembered card at every visit

? Has the ability for creating strong RELATIONSHIPS with key and repeat customers, staff and vendors. All Stake Holders get a piece of the pie

? Is a spirited Team LEADER and yet a Task Master ? Ultimately, it?s all about performance

? Is an Astute cost controller that who knows what to control and what to splurge in. Assures a standard cost per room night sold.
