1. At least 3 years with a successful track record as Sales Manager in a leading sports club or hotel.
2. Able to work flexible days/hours to meet all activities
3. Fluent in English and Thai (spoken and written) with good interpersonal skills
4. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
5. High energy level, enthusiastic, positive and creative
6. Flair for problem solving and learn faster.
7. Computer literate: Microsoft Office ? Word / Excel, PowerPoint.

1. Targeting new business opportunities in sports and activities segment including sports day, staff party, all sport fields rental, all activities and all events, etc.
2. Develop and maintain a contact and customer database.
3. Prepare sales proposals to clients incorporating clearly defined terms and conditions.
4. Establish an effective sales call by key customer, contacts etc.
5. Lead and develop with the Sports Club team to increase club revenue with an emphasis on sport sales for sports day, staff party, all sports field rental, all activities and all events.
6. Maintains competitive analysis statistical information.
7. Follows up on all prospects/conducts club and hotel tours and telephone inquiries.
8. Maintain a clear line of communications to all operations concern.
9. Maintains competitive analysis statistical information.
10. Interact everyday with team for sales information required for professional execution of all commitments.
11. Represent organization hospitality, clubs and hotel professionally always.
12. Inform and report to Assistant Director of Sales and Executive General Manager of potential opportunities or concerns with customers and special projects progress.
13. Performs other duties, as assigned, to meet business needs.
