-Bachelor or diploma degree in professional cuisine.
-Previous experiences in a similar position in International hotel or Strong Operational Background in handling two main kitchens for two hotels.
-Understanding of HACCP guidelines.
-Good command of both written and spoken English are necessary.
-Is responsible for the food production of all F&B restaurant and bars , banqueting , room service and the employee?s canteen .
-Is required to ensure the highest quality and hygiene standards of the 2 brands at all time.
-Is responsible for the development and the monitoring of the food budgets of the 2 hotels and the labor budgets of the kitchen departments.
-To manage the recruitment, work and training of the kitchen teams for the most efficient process.
