- Work for Mercure Pattaya Ocean Resort
- Minimum 1 year experience in Front Office Operation and in the supervisor level.
- Having knowledge of OPERA System is an advantage.
- Good Leadership and team player skills.
- Good communication skills in English Language (spoken and written).
- Knowledge of computer skills, and hotel operating hardware.
- Responsible for the smooth operation of check-in and check-out, guest services, guest satisfaction and rectifying any issues that arise.
- Responsible for scheduling the staff and is expected to be knowledgeable and capable of performing all front desk tasks.
- To may also manage and train a team of employees or be in charge of following-up the department's budget.
- To supervise/delegate duties to staff within the section
- To ensure that stationary and technical equipment being used are kept in good conditions.
